Ziel ist es, diese zu beschäftigen, zu fördern und ihnen die Zeit bis zum Antritt einer Lehr- oder Dauerstelle sinnvoll zu überbrücken. Älteren Arbeitslosen soll das Beschäftigungsprogramm ebenso offenstehen. Dem Verein ist Anliegen, Eltern, Schulen, Behörden und Arbeitgeber zur Zusammenarbeit zu gewinnen.
